yes so far so good, neighbors are friendly, safe well-lit parking lots and staff has been very friendly and helpful
It's quite, no neighbor noise. Quick to fix things.
Closest thing to Resort living in Aiken. Phrase the item below referring to the "noise of your neighbors" according to the answers available (is poor a good thing or bad thing in this question?).
Even though they are apartments you still have your privacy.
This is an affordable, nice and quiet place to live. The staff is nice and helpful. The neighbors are not loud and can't be heard through the walls. There are places for lots of activity here such as the pool and the tennis court. There is also a playground and a large area to run around and lounge on during a nice day outside.
It is quiet. The people are friendly and the staff is professional.
It is a nice place to live
I think it is great. maybe a little on the pricey side, but issues are solved quickly, realtively quite and feels homey.
IITS GOT A PLAY AREA...
The Commons is a quiet (off main road, little or no road noise), comfortable with an efficient, friendly staff and neighbors.
I didnt' know how to rate the noise because of how the question was asked, so I put average. I only hear the neighbors across from me. They have two kids and are pretty heavy on the feet when coming up the stairs. But this is nothing to really complain about. The apartments are great. They have an older, very sound construction, unlike newer apartments, where you can hear everything through the paper thin walls.. And with the new updates, it is really a great place. I do wish the walk way in between the clubhouse and my side of the building had more lighting. It is very hard to see at night in between the buildings. I have the peace of mind knowing that if I have a problem with anything, it will be taken care of.
